A home evaluation, or Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), is a report that is prepared by a real estate professional which compares your property to similar properties on the market. Included in the report will be homes currently for sale through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and possibly For Sale By Owner (FSBO) and homes recently sold through the MLS and FSBO. It is NOT an appraisal, merely an estimate of value based upon features and the condition of your home compared to other homes in your area.

We offer free home evaluations so you can find out how much your home may be worth in today's real estate market.
